Point contact round strand wire rope:
the production of the strand of steel wire for the layered twisted many times into a point contact. The work process of the steel wire secondary bending stress is large, easy to break. Metal cross-sectional area is small, the minimum breaking tension of the wire rope is relatively small. But point contact wire rope is relatively soft, suitable for lifting apparatus wire rope rigging.
Wire contact round strand wire rope:

The breaking tension is high, the wire rope work between the wire and the wire contact stress is small. The bending fatigue life is high, the product widely using in the small lifting height of the multiplication of the system. Compacted strand wire rope:
Steel wire rope categories and applications: a kind of high-performance wire rope developing on the basis of wire contact wire rope. Comparing with wire contact wire rope, it has the advantages of large metal filling coefficient. Also, high breaking tension, smooth surface wear-resistant, good resistance to extrusion. Besides, widely using in crane hoisting and luffing system, especially suitable for occasions that require multi-layer winding and high breaking tension.
Plastic-coated wire rope:
in the metal core and the outer strand between the increase in plastic coating, wire rope in the load. Reduce the friction between the strand and the strand of the mutual friction between the force. Multi-layer strand anti-rotation wire rope:

Sealed steel wire rope:
It is a single-twisted steel wire rope, the outer layer is twisted by one or several layers of anisotropic steel wires, and the core of the rope is composed of round steel wires with point-contact or line-contact round strands. It has good sealing performance, high breaking tension, smooth surface and stable structure, and is mainly used in aerial ropeways, suspension bridges, mine pipelines and other occasions.
Galvanised steel strand:
a single-twisted steel wire rope, from at least two layers of steel wire around a central round wire, combined strand or parallel twisted strand spiral twisted into a wire rope. It has the features of compact metal structure, high breaking tension, small structural elongation and high tensile rigidity. Mainly used in aerial ropeways, chimneys, masts, bridges, tension ropes; light structure support ropes and side ropes; suspension bridges, suspension ropes; ropes, wood and steel trusses to stabilise the rope.
